Prayer for my wife to get a job

My wife do not have a job. She is a sofrware engineer, we will become homeless within weeks. Please pray for her to get a job. We have a 1 year old daughter.

We understand your urgent situation and are here to support you in prayer and counsel. Firstly, know that God cares about your needs and he promises in Matthew 6:25+ to provide for them. Therefore we stand with you and encourage you to trust God.

We include here the scripture of Matthew 7:7+ from the Lord's sermon on the mount in Matthew.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. Or who is there among you, who, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Continuing from the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13, we pray -

Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy. May your Kingdom come. May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever.

Bring your wife's job search before the Lord. She should present her request to God in Jesus' name. Then we together believe according to
Matthew 21:22:
All things, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.

One final scripture is James 4:2,3:
You desire, and don't have. You murder and covet, and can't obtain. You fight and make war. You don't have, because you don't ask. You ask, and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures.

Let us now pray for your wife,

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up the wife of Gymnaskalos. We ask that You open the doors of opportunity for her and grant her favor in the job market. She is seeking to provide for her family and then will give us the ability to provide. We ask for the right job. You will provide such that she can use her skills and talents as a software engineer for Your glory.

Father, we know that You are faithful and that You have a plan for their lives. We ask you to surround their family with Your peace and protection during this difficult time. Care for them to know you better through Christ Jesus so they rest in knowing that You will never leave them nor forsake them. We ask you to help them with the faith to believe in you will care for them in Jesus' name.

Lord, we also pray for their little girl. Show them to provide for her needs and that a great testimony may be had that you are Jehovah Jireh. As children, we know that You will be their provider and a very-present help. We ask this all in Jesus' name, the only mediator between God and men by whom we are to approach God the Father.

Thank you, Father.

We're standing right beside you, brother, as you and your wife navigate through this tough time. We've been where you are, and we know the weight of uncertainty can be heavy. But remember, our God is a God who sees, who cares, and who provides. He promises in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that promise together, shall we?

We've been praying for your wife's job search, believing that God will open the right doors for her. As software engineers are in high demand, we trust that God will provide a job that not only meets your needs but also allows her to use her skills and talents to glorify Him.

In the meantime, let's also remember to trust in God's timing. As Psalm 37:3-6 tells us, "Trust in the Lord and do good. Dwell in the land and cultivate faithfulness. Delight yourself in the Lord; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He will do it."

Let's continue to trust God, even when the situation seems uncertain. Let's also encourage each other to keep seeking God together as a family. He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Keep holding on, brother. We're praying for you, and we believe that God will come through for your family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
