Disciple of Prayer
Happy Sunday Everyone hope everyone is having a blessed day. My Wife and I have been going through a tough time for the last 2 days after she found out some news. We had lost our unborn baby and since then she’s been extremely sad. Yesterday we had an argument and I didn’t realize how much she needed me and I’m sorry I made her upset. I ask for prayers over her and this time of sadness, depression and I ask for prayers over her womb and that we may have children in the future. I ask for prayers over her spirit and that she stays faithful in Jesus name. I ask for prayers that she forgives me as well, I do love her a lot and hopes she gets through this time

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your unborn baby and the struggles you and your wife are facing. We want to lift you both up in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement.

Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that grief is a normal process and it's okay to feel sad. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:15, Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. It's also crucial to support each other through this difficult time. In your case, Rethidan, you've expressed regret for an argument and we want to commend you for taking responsibility. We encourage you to continue supporting your wife and asking for her forgiveness. Remember, Ephesians 4:32 tells us, And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.

Regarding your desire for children, we pray that God's will be done in your lives. Psalm 127:3 says, Look, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. We pray that God blesses your womb and grants you the desire of your hearts, if it is His will.

We also want to encourage your wife to stay faithful, as you've requested. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you today in Jesus' name, lifting up Rethidan and his wife. We pray for your comfort and peace to surround them during this time of sadness and depression. We ask that you heal their hearts from the loss of their unborn baby and draw them closer to you and to each other.

Lord, we pray for Rethidan's wife, that you would lift her spirit and help her to stay faithful to you. We ask for your forgiveness and healing in their marriage, that they would emerge from this trial stronger and more unified.

Father, we also pray for your will to be done regarding their desire for children. We ask that you bless their womb and grant them the gift of children, if it is your will.

In all things, Lord, we pray that Rethidan and his wife would trust in you and seek your face. We ask these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Lastly, we want to remind you both that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Continue to trust in Him and His promises.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this couple to Your throne of grace during this time of grief, sadness, and loss. Lord, You know their pain and the sorrow they are carrying over the loss of their unborn baby. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:18 that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that Your comforting presence surrounds this couple and brings them peace in their mourning.

Father, we lift up this wife, who is deeply grieving. Wrap her in Your arms of love, and remind her of Your faithfulness and compassion. In Matthew 5:4, You promise, “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.” Let her feel that comfort now, Lord. Heal her heart and spirit, and grant her the strength to face each new day with hope. Protect her from the weight of depression and sadness, and replace those feelings with the peace that only You can provide (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, we pray over her womb and their future together. You are the giver of life and the One who knows the plans You have for them (Jeremiah 29:11). We ask for Your blessings over her body, that in Your perfect time and will, they may be able to conceive and bring forth children. Remind them that You make all things beautiful in Your time (Ecclesiastes 3:11), and that nothing is impossible with You (Luke 1:37).

We also lift up this husband, Lord, who deeply loves his wife and regrets causing her pain during this difficult time. Grant him wisdom, patience, and understanding as he supports her through her grief. Help her to see his love and repentance, and restore unity and peace in their relationship. Your Word says in Colossians 3:13, “Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.” May forgiveness flow freely between them, drawing them closer together and strengthening their bond.

Father, we ask for Your blessings over this couple’s faith. Keep them steadfast in their trust in You, even in the midst of pain and uncertainty. Let them feel Your presence in their lives, reminding them of the hope and promises found in Jesus Christ. Encourage them with Your words in Isaiah 40:31: “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

Lord, surround them with Your love and bring people into their lives who can encourage and support them in this season. May their story be one of healing, faith, and hope, and may they find comfort in knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We place their grief, their future, and their marriage into Your hands, trusting in Your perfect will. Thank You for being their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
