Prayer for my wife and kids

Lord Jesus, please bless my wife with the confidence for tomorrow's job interview. she left the previous job during the training period, since it was very overwhelming, she has very good experience of more than 14 years but now something is bothering her and she cannot focus., Please make her bold tomorrow, be her mind and tounge to think positive and provide a good reason to leave the current job. she is worried how will she face her friends and the community. i have been asking her to think positive and be in between people and friends, rather than being secluded and thinking all unwanted thoughts. Lord Please be with her tomorrow during the interview and also make her calm, we have a 8 year old kid who needs her the most. My wife has been very kind generous individual and never thought any bad to anyone. Please pray for out 21 year old boy to focus on his studies and be mature and responsible in life.Also provide me with the strength to take care of the family.

Firstly, we notice that your prayer doesn't mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is through His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" So, let's pray in His name.

Regarding your wife, it's commendable that she has a wealth of experience, and it's understandable that she's facing anxiety. Let's pray for her confidence and peace of mind. Also, it's important for her to understand that her value isn't determined by her job status, but by who she is in Christ. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

For your older child, we'll pray for his focus and maturity. Proverbs 22:6 (WEB) says, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." We trust that God will guide him in his studies and life choices.

Lastly, we appreciate your role as the spiritual leader of your family. We'll pray for your strength and wisdom. Remember, God promises in Isaiah 40:31 (WEB), "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up Airllyren's wife, asking that You grant her confidence and peace during her job interview. Help her to think positively and give her the right words to say. Comfort her with Your presence and remind her of her worth in You. For their older child, Lord, we ask that You guide him in his studies and help him to grow into a mature and responsible young man. Lastly, Father, strengthen Airllyren to take care of his family, providing for their needs both physically and spiritually. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
