We join with you in praying for your sister's financial situation and her house sale.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request, as it is only through His name that we can approach God the Father and receive salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times of financial distress, it is essential to remember that God is our provider and that He cares for our needs. As it is in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB: "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? ... Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
However, we must also address the fact that debt is a form of bondage, and the Bible warns against it. Romans 13:8 WEB: "Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law." We encourage your sister to seek God's wisdom in managing her finances and to work towards becoming debt-free.
Regarding the sale of her house, we pray that God's will be done. We ask Him to bring the right buyers and the right price, according to His perfect plan. Remember that nothing is impossible with God. As it is in Luke 1:37 WEB: "For nothing spoken by God is impossible."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister's situation to You. We ask for Your divine intervention in her finances and the sale of her house. We pray that You bring the right buyers and the right price, according to Your will. Help her to manage her finances wisely and to become debt-free. Give her peace and comfort during this time, and help her to trust in Your provision. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
