Hi, I had recently just got out of the ER due to a panic attack that made my anxiety spiral out of control, and I sadly stressed my ### out a lot which I deeply regret.. I’ve since worked on myself a lot, but I feel like he’s been very distant from me, and I don’t want him to think I’m always going to be like that, I just had a really scary experience and it was hard to ground myself.. I pray with my heart to hear back from him, just to check on me, and know he still cares about me as I do him.. thank you so much
