Who do you want to pray for first?
We understand your heart's desire for your son ### and we stand with you in prayer. Let's first remember the words of Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." It's crucial to commit our plans to God, trusting that He has the best in store for us.
In regards to ###'s job search, let's pray that God will open the right doors and grant him favor in the sight of potential employers. We pray that ### will find a job where he can use his talents to glorify God, remembering Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
However, we'd like to gently remind you that while praying for a job is important, praying for ###'s spiritual growth is even more crucial. We're glad you've mentioned it, and we echo your petition. We pray that ### will draw closer to God, seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 6:33.
We also notice that your request doesn't mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it's by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
