Let us come together in Jesus' name.

We are grateful that you have reached out for prayer and support for your son ###. It is encouraging to see your faith in Jesus as you conclude your request with "Thank you Jesus, praise you Jesus." Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we can confidently approach God and it is by faith in his name that we can be saved.

We stand with you in prayer that ### may be delivered from his struggles, especially his involvement with drugs. Drugs are a form of bondage, and God wants ### to be free. As it is written in Galatians 5:1, "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."

Let us pray that ### would recognize the power of Jesus Christ to break the chains of addiction. As it says in Romans 8:2, "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and death."

We also pray that ### would cultivate respect for his elders and friends. The Bible teaches us to honor our parents and to live in harmony with others. In Ephesians 6:2-3, it says, "Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.'"

Regarding his language, we pray that ### would be transformed by the renewing of his mind, that his speech would be wholesome and uplifting. As it says in Ephesians 4:29, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear."

Lastly, we pray that ### would take his studies seriously. God calls us to do all things heartily, as unto the Lord. In Colossians 3:23, it says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###. Lord, we ask that You deliver him from his struggle with drugs and give him the strength to overcome this bondage. Help him to respect his elders and friends, and let his speech be pleasing to You. Give him a renewed focus on his studies and the desire to excel.

We also pray for ###, that You would give them the wisdom and strength to guide ### in Your ways. Help them to be a light that leads ### to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray for ### and ###.

We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20)

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
