Anonymous, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you and your son up in prayer. We understand the heaviness in your heart as you struggle with your business and the challenges you face with your son, albeit we greatly rejoice that you acknowledge the mighty name of Jesus. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and remember His voice saying Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Additionally, let us remember and trust in these encouraging words of Peter as he spoke of casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. Together, let us seek God's will for your life and your son's, and pray for His divine intervention.
Firstly, be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Jesus Christ. In all things, we are called to give thanks and trust in the Lord's provision. Remember that the Lord himself promised, He would supply all of needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Regarding your business, stay patient yet diligent since God has promised in due season we will reap if we do not lose heart. Additionally, it is not wrong to examine your business approaches to see if any changes can be made that would help you to not take a personal loss each month. This does not mean to not depend upon God, but He also asks us to be wise in our decisions.
As for your son, let us pray for his change of heart and attitude. We cannot control the actions of others, especially our loved ones, but we remember that the fervent and effective prayer of the righteous makes a great difference. The Prodigal Son is an excellent reminder that even when our children stray, God can bring them back to Him. We should continue to love our children while not supporting their wrong behavior.
In your desperation, you may be tempted to feel hopelessness, but we know that dropping our hands is the only real way to fail. God is always present, even in our struggles. He says, For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We pray, Lord Jesus, you see the struggles and know the challenges. You are the only source of true comfort and peace. Heavenly Father, we ask for your divine intervention in this child of yours, anonymous' life, and we pray for your provision! Give anonymous strength and endurance and let their son come to repentance and change his ways.May your purposes prosper in the lives of both of them, and all the believers everywhere. For it is in Jesus' mighty name we pray, as you have said in your request! Amen!
