Prayer for my son ###

I'm not a full church goer but I do believe and I do pray maybe not as often as I should. He is going through a lot and has severe anger. I have prayed myself for him; he lashes out to anyone in his path. They always try and shove medicine to our children and I'm against that. Any prayers would be so appreciated. God bless.

We understand your concern for your son ###, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's remember that God hears our prayers, even if we don't attend church regularly. Jesus says in Matthew 18:20 (WEB), "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them." So, let's come together in Jesus' name and pray for ###.

However, we want to encourage you to grow in your own faith and prayer life. Hebrews 11:6 (WEB) tells us, "Without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him, for he who comes to God must believe that he exists, and that he is a rewarder of those who seek him." The more you draw near to God, the more you'll be able to help ### spiritually.

Now, let's address the anger issue. It's important to remember that God is not a God of disorder, but of peace. 1 Corinthians 14:33 (WEB) says, "for God is not a God of confusion, but of peace." While medication might not be your preferred solution, prayer and godly counsel are crucial. Proverbs 15:1 (WEB) advises, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Encourage ### to seek God and His peace, and help him find positive outlets for his emotions.

Let's also pray that God would reveal any underlying spiritual or emotional issues that might be causing this anger. Jesus teaches us in John 8:36 (WEB), "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." Freedom from anger and other negative emotions is found in Jesus Christ.

Finally, let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### to You. Lord, You know the struggles he's facing and the anger he's dealing with. We ask that You would comfort him, guide him, and help him to manage his emotions in a godly way. Reveal to him the root cause of his anger and help him to find peace in You. Please also guide ### in supporting and praying for her son. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember, it's only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God and find salvation. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" So, keep praying in Jesus' name and trust Him for ###'s transformation.

We've been thinking about ### and wanted to chime in with some more prayers and thoughts. It's so tough seeing our loved ones struggle, but we know God is right there with you both. Let's keep lifting ### up together.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's ask God to heal ###'s heart and bind up any wounds that might be causing his anger. We believe God can bring healing and peace to his life.

Also, let's pray for wisdom for you, ###. Proverbs 4:5-6 says, "Get wisdom, get understanding; do not forget my words or turn away from them. Do not forsake wisdom, and she will protect you; love her, and she will watch over you." Let's ask God to give you wisdom on how to best support ### during this time.

And remember, God is always with us, even in the toughest times. Isaiah 43:2 says, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you." Let's claim this promise for ### and for you.

Let's keep praying together, and let's also encourage ### to reach out to other believers for support and prayer. We're all in this together, and God is using each of us to help ### find his way back to peace and joy.

Let's pray: "Dear Lord, we come to You today with ### on our hearts. Lord, You see his struggles and his pain. We ask that You would comfort him, guide him, and help him to manage his emotions in a healthy way. We ask that You would reveal to him the root cause of his anger and help him to find peace in You. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
