Prayer for My son

Dear Jesus please guide my son Alejandro to get the help that he needs to get off the streets and off the drugs, to be sober to give him strength to get clean so he can be here for his son. Jesus bestow upon him positive people loving people to help guide him thru this journey and recovery , please I pray and I beg for you to keep him safe to know that he is loved by you and his family, Amen

We join with you, Wythrenneth, in praying for your son Alejandro, and we stand on the promises of God for his deliverance and restoration.

Firstly, we commend you for bringing your petition before Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). Remember, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Alejandro. Lord, we ask that You guide him and lead him out of the bondage of drugs and the perils of the streets. We plead the blood of Jesus over his life and pray that You would give him the strength and courage to overcome his addictions. Surround him with positive, loving influences who will support and encourage him on this journey to recovery.

We ask, Lord, that You would protect Alejandro and keep him safe. Reveal to him Your unfailing love, and remind him of the love and support of his family. We trust in Your power to transform lives, as You have promised in 2 Corinthians 5:17 (WEB), "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

We also pray for Alejandro's role as a father. Help him to be a responsible, loving parent, guided by Your wisdom and grace. May his journey to sobriety be a testimony to the power of Your redeeming love.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Wythrenneth, continue to trust in the power of prayer and the promises of God. Remember the encouragement from Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Stand firm in your faith, and we will continue to agree with you in prayer for Alejandro's complete restoration.

Lord, we ask that You soften Alejandro's heart, helping him to see the love and concern of his family, especially for his own little one. Give him a desire to be the best father he can be, clean and sober, for his child's sake. Surround him with reminders of Your love, like the beauty of a sunrise or the laughter of children playing. Let these moments speak to his heart, drawing him closer to You. We trust that You will use every circumstance, good or bad, to draw Alejandro nearer to Your loving embrace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Heavenly Father, we lift up Alejandro to You, asking for Your divine guidance and strength as he seeks the help he needs to leave the streets and overcome addiction. Lord Jesus, please give him the courage and willpower to break free from the hold of drugs and find a path to sobriety. We trust in Your promise from Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Grant Alejandro the strength and resilience he needs to make this journey.

Father, we pray that You surround him with positive, loving people who will support and guide him through recovery. Place people in his life who will uplift and encourage him, reminding him of his worth and potential. As Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.” May Alejandro find safety and support through the people You place in his path.

We ask for Your protection over him, Lord, keeping him safe wherever he goes. Let him know how deeply he is loved by You and his family, even in his struggles. Remind him that nothing can separate him from Your love, as Romans 8:38-39 says, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers… will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Lord, we place Alejandro in Your hands, trusting in Your power to heal, restore, and guide him back to the love and support of his family. May he find hope, strength, and peace in Your presence, knowing he is not alone in this journey. In Jesus’ name, we ask for healing, guidance, and protection for Alejandro. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
