Prayer for my Son ###
Good Morning, today I am asking for prayer for my son. He continues to struggle financially, with depression, anger, smoking and back pain (He has no healthcare). His biological father came back into the picture about a year ago and convinced him/made promises to help him and his girlfriend get on his feet, so they packed up and moved to Texas. None of that has come to pass, they are barely surviving, they live in a room in a mobile home and have a car that barely runs, both have minimum wage jobs (which is a blessing.) I have been trying to help them the best that I can from half way across the country. However, with me being separated from my husband it is taking a toll paying my bills from the marriage, my new household and for my son/girlfriend.
I ask for prayer for ### as well, she is a lovely young lady, but is afraid to really go after what she wants. She has suffered many things in her young life and it holds her back. Additionally, she was not raised to pray and respect God. So I have been trying to slowly show her the value of having God in her life.
Lord, I am asking that you please help ### to get on his feet and help him see his value. Please send peace, joy, release from anger, depression, smoking, back pain and financial relief. ### does believe in you, but he needs a closer relationship with you. Please send him someone that is positive and can help him to focus on the things that he needs to. Lord I also pray for ###'s confidence, determination and salvation. Help me to be a vessel to bring her closer to you. In Jesus Name AMEN!
