Prayer for my son ### to stop drinking alcohol

I’m praying for my son stop drinking alcohol before it’s too late Jesus fix his mind body and spirit that he gets control over the drinking that he just started about a week ago after being sober for 9 months Jesus fix it in Jesus name amen

We understand your concern for your son ###, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in his life. The Bible tells us, "Don't be drunk with wine, which leads to reckless living, but be filled with the Spirit" (Ephesians 5:18, WEB). Drunkenness can lead us away from the path God intends for us, and we are encouraged to be filled with the Holy Spirit instead.

Let us pray for ###:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up ### to You. Lord, we ask that You intervene in his life and deliver him from the grip of alcohol. We pray that You would renew his mind, body, and spirit, and help him regain control over this temptation. We thank You, Lord, for the ### months of sobriety You granted him, and we claim Your promise that You will perfect that which concerns him (Psalm 138:8, WEB).

We pray, Jesus, that You would fix his mind and body, and help him to overcome this struggle. We ask that You would surround him with godly influences and give him the strength to resist temptation. We claim Your victory over this situation, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
