Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up Roman in prayer. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." Lord, we trust in Your perfect plan for Roman's life, even when it is hard to understand.
Lord, Roman has faced disappointment and heartbreak, but we know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We ask that You wrap Roman in Your comforting arms, giving him peace and reassurance during this challenging time.
Father, we pray for favor over Roman. If it is Your will, we ask that an opportunity arises for him to join his team in Texas. We know that You are a God who opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray that if this is part of Your divine plan, You will make a way for Roman to go.
In the meantime, Lord, we ask that You help Roman to trust in You with all his heart and lean not on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). May he acknowledge You in all his ways, and may You make his paths straight. Give him strength and courage to face this disappointment, and help him to find hope and joy in You, regardless of the outcome.
We pray all these things in the precious name of Jesus, Amen.
