Prayer for my son ###...he will be ###

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith and trust, lifting up ### into Your loving and powerful hands. Lord, we know that You are the Great Physician, and Your Word assures us that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We stand on Your promises, knowing that You are a God who heals and restores.
Father, we ask for Your divine wisdom to be upon the doctors and medical staff who are caring for ###. Grant them insight and understanding to accurately diagnose and treat his ailment. Your Word says, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). We claim this promise now for the medical team working with ###.
Lord, we pray for ###'s complete healing and restoration. Your Word tells us that "by His stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). We declare this healing over ###'s body, mind, and spirit. Surround him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let Your presence be a constant source of comfort and strength for him and his family.
We also lift up ###'s family, especially his parent, who is interceding on his behalf. Grant them the peace and assurance that comes from trusting in You. Your Word says, "Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" (1 Peter 5:7). Help them to lean on You during this challenging time, knowing that You are in control and that Your plans for ### are good.
We thank You, precious Jesus, for hearing our prayers and for the miracles You are already working in ###'s life. We trust in Your unfailing love and mercy. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray.

I just said a prayer for your son, ###, friend. May the Lord touch him with His healing hand, guide the doctors regarding his treatment and give him the relief he needs. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth." (Psalm 145: 18).

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
