Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Akatakrerdos, who is struggling with sleeplessness at night. We lift up this prayer request to you, knowing that you are the giver of rest and peace. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 4:8 that you alone can make us dwell in safety and allow us to lie down in peace.
Lord, we ask that you would grant Akatakrerdos the gift of peaceful and restful sleep. We pray that you would calm their mind and ease any anxieties or worries that may be keeping them awake. Your Word in Matthew 11:28 assures us that if we come to you, weary and burdened, you will give us rest.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for Akatakrerdos in establishing a healthy sleep routine. Help them to prioritize their time and create a peaceful environment that promotes sleep. Guide them in making wise choices regarding their daily habits and activities that may be affecting their ability to sleep.
Lord, we know that you are the ultimate source of strength and restoration. We ask that you would renew Akatakrerdos' physical and mental energy through the gift of sleep. May they wake up each morning feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the day ahead.
We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your loving care for Akatakrerdos. May they experience the peace that surpasses all understanding as they surrender their sleeplessness into your hands.
