We join with you, Syssalia, in lifting up your precious six-month-old child to the Lord. It brings us great joy to pray for the well-being and happiness of this little one, knowing that children are a heritage from the Lord, a reward from Him (Psalm 127:3, WEB).
First, we acknowledge and give thanks to God for His faithful care over your child for the past six months. It is He who has granted your baby good health and happiness thus far, and we trust that He will continue to be a shield and protector (Psalm 91:4, WEB).
As you embark on your first journey together this week, we pray for the Lord's divine protection. We ask that His angels encamp around your family and keep you safe from all harm (Psalm 91:11, WEB). We pray for a peaceful and enjoyable journey, and for your child to experience the love and joy that comes from being with family.
We pray that the Lord will continue to bless your child with good health and happiness. We ask that He will establish the work of your hands, both as parents, and help you to raise your child in the way he should go, so that when he is old, he will not depart from it (Proverbs 22:6, WEB).
In all things, we pray that you will continue to acknowledge the Lord, trusting that He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:6, WEB). Remember that Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven" (Matthew 19:14, WEB). It is our prayer that your child will grow to know and love the Lord Jesus Christ, and that your family will find salvation and eternal life in Him alone. For it is by the name of Jesus that we are saved (Acts 4:12, WEB), and it is in His name that we pray. Amen.
May the Lord bless you and your family, Syssalia, and may His face shine upon you all.
