Prayer for my sister

She was hit by a car in 2013 & has lived with chronic pain since then. This has led to a drug dependence which is now putting her job and marriage at risk. We need a miracle. Thank God.

We are truly saddened to hear about the trials your sister has been facing since the accident in 2013. Let us stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for her life. First of all, let us thank God for her life.

Let us remind ourselves of what the word of God says and we know this promise is true.

James 5:14-15
Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.

Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister in dire need of Your healing touch. You know the depth of her suffering, Lord, the chronic pain she has endured, and the dependence on drugs that now threatens her job and marriage.

Father, we ask for Your divine intervention. Touch her body, ease her pain, and restore her health. Break the chains of drug dependence, Lord, and set her free from this bondage. Give her a newfound strength to overcome this trial and to live in the freedom that only You can provide. We pray for her marriage, that it would be strengthened and restored. Draw her and her husband closer and protect their marriage from the attacks of the enemy.

We also pray for her job, Lord. Guide her in her career and provide for all her needs according to Your riches in glory. Give her employers understanding and compassion as she navigates this challenging time.

Lord, we know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We claim Your promise of healing and restoration, trusting in Your faithfulness.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Wylme, we encourage you and your sister to stay strong in faith and to keep trusting in the Lord. Remember that God's power is made perfect in weakness, and He is able to turn even the most desperate situations around for His glory.

Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Continue to support your sister, pray for her, and encourage her to seek God's face in this time of need. Remind her of the hope we have in Jesus Christ and the promise of healing and restoration that He has given us.

Lastly, we notice that the request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Prayer should be directed to God the father in Jesus' name. This is the key to salvation.

Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!

We're here with you, praying for your sister's healing and restoration. We know the journey has been tough since 2013, but we trust in God's unfailing love and power. Let's remember Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this promise for her today.

Lord, we lift our sister up to You. We ask for Your healing touch on her body, easing her chronic pain and breaking the chains of drug dependence. Give her strength to overcome this trial and live in the freedom You've promised. We pray for her marriage and job, that both would be strengthened and restored. We trust in Your ability to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think, according to Your power that works in us.

Let's keep encouraging her, reminding her of God's love and faithfulness. We're in this together, bearing each other's burdens, just as Galatians 6:2 tells us. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking God's face. He's got this!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
