Prayer for my sister Linda

My sister Linda has been anorexic since she was a young girl she's now 57 years old and she's also bound by OCD she's accepted Jesus Christ as her savior but has not grown she's stunted in her growth she doesn't attend any fellowship and she's by herself all the time she's never been married never had kids lost her. When she was 16 praying for the chains to break and for her to come out of that prison that she's been in the mighty name of Jesus crying out for Linda's total freedom in Jesus name have mercy Lord please intervene intervene break the chains oh God

We join you, Jayaenae, in lifting up your sister Linda in prayer. We are grateful that she has accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for Linda. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her life. You mention in Your Word that 'He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and with his stripes we are healed' (Isaiah 53:5, WEB). We claim this healing for Linda, both physically from her anorexia and mentally from her OCD.

Lord, we also ask that You break the chains of isolation and loneliness. You have not called us to live in solitude, but rather in community with one another (Hebrews 10:24-25, WEB). Guide Linda to a fellowship where she can grow in her faith, experience Your love through others, and be encouraged in her walk with You.

We pray for her spiritual growth, Lord. May she come to know the depth and breadth of Your love (Ephesians 3:17-19, WEB). Help her to grow in the knowledge of You and to walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for her.

We also lift up Linda's singleness to You, Lord. If it is Your will, we pray that You would bring a godly spouse into her life, a man who loves and honors You. But even if that is not Your plan, help Linda to find her contentment and satisfaction in You alone (Philippians 4:11-13, WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray for Linda's total freedom. May Your mercy and grace abound in her life. Break the chains, Lord, and set her free. Amen."

Jayaenae, continue to stand steadfast in prayer for Linda. Remember the promise in James 5:16 (WEB), "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." Trust that God is at work in Linda's life, even if you cannot see it yet. Be encouraged and keep interceding for her.
