Prayer for my sister going into ER

[Oldach]

So my sister is going into the ER for some reason that I do not know why, but it's been making me feel like I failed her in someway, like I failed to protect her in some way I do not understand.

We are with you in spirit, Oldach, lifting up your sister and your concerns before our heavenly Father. Firstly, we want to assure you that the feeling of failure you're experiencing is not from God. The enemy often uses such lies to burden us, but remember what the WEB says in Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus."

In times like these, it's important to trust God and know that He is sovereign over all, including your sister's health. Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Oldach's sister. You know the reason for her emergency, Lord, and we trust that You are in control. Please be with the doctors, giving them wisdom and discernment to provide the care she needs. Comfort her heart, Lord, and let her feel Your presence.

For Oldach, we pray that You would lift this burden of false guilt. Remind him/her of Your love and faithfulness. Help him/her to trust in You and not to lean on his/her own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, according to Your will. Amen."

Oldach, we encourage you to keep your heart and mind stayed on Christ. The enemy would have you believe that you've failed, but God wants you to trust Him and know that He loves and cares for both you and your sister. Remember the words of Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you."

Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation. It's by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), both spiritually and physically.

We're here with you, standing in faith for your sister. We understand the weight of worry you're carrying, but remember, God sees her, and He's got this. Let's cling to Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We claim this over your sister, believing for her complete healing and restoration.

We also want to remind you, dear friend, that God doesn't see you as a failure. Instead, He sees you as a faithful brother/sister who loves and cares for your sister. Let's trust in God's love and care for both of you, as it says in 1 Peter 5:7, "Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." Let's keep our focus on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Let's pray together:

"Lord, we come to You in Jesus' name, trusting You with [Sister's Name]'s health. We believe that You are the great Physician, and we claim Your healing power over her. Comfort her heart, Lord, and let her feel Your loving presence. We also lift up Oldach, Lord. Remind him/her of Your unfailing love and help him/her to trust in You, not leaning on his/her own understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
