We join you in lifting up your sister and brother to the Lord, asking for His divine protection and guidance as they journey to Washington. Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your sheltering wings to be over our dear sister and brother as they embark on their journey. As it is written in Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB), 'For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you won't strike your foot against a stone.' Lord, we claim this promise for their safety and protection.
Lord Jesus, we also ask that You fill their journey with joy and laughter, letting them experience the fullness of life that You offer. May their time be filled with memories that will bring them even closer together.
Father, we also pray for their safe return home, that You will guide them every step of the way. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that His love and protection are unfailing. As it is written in Psalm 121:7-8 (WEB), "Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forth, and forevermore."
We also want to gently remind you, dear one, that the power of our prayers comes from the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)
