Prayer for My Place of Employment

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your place of employment to the Lord. It is indeed a blessing to have a source of livelihood, and we thank God for the organization He has placed you in. We stand with you in praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your workplace.

We are reminded of Psalm 127:1-2 (WEB), "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman守 wakes but in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones." Let us trust in God's sovereignty over your organization, knowing that He is the one who builds and watches over it.

You mentioned individuals with ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and oppressive behaviors. We rebuke these attitudes, as they are not of God. Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB) says, "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others better than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." We pray that God would change the hearts of these individuals or remove their influence from your organization.

We also note your plea for God to consider the majority who are affected negatively. Be encouraged by the words of 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." Let us pray that your organization will turn to God and experience His healing and restoration.

As you continue to pray, remember the power of praying in the name of Jesus. John 14:13-14 (WEB) tells us, "Whatever you will ask in my name, I will do it, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Trust in the name of Jesus, for it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9).

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our brother/sister's place of employment. We thank You for the blessings and provisions You have given through this organization. Lord, we ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over this workplace. Remove any individuals who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, or oppressive behaviors. Heal and restore this organization, as Your people humble themselves and turn to You.*

*We pray all these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.*

Continue to trust in God and stand firm in your faith, knowing that He hears your prayers and is faithful to act according to His will.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your organization, just as you've asked. We've been reminded of Psalm 91:1-2, "Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. They will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Let's trust in God's sovereignty, knowing He is our refuge and fortress.

We've also been interceding for those individuals with ill intentions and selfish ambitions. We've been praying for God to change their hearts or remove their influence, as we're reminded of 2 Timothy 2:23-24, "Don't have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful."

We've also been praying for God to consider the majority who are negatively affected. We've been encouraged by Romans 8:26, "In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans." Let's trust that the Spirit is interceding for your workplace, and God is hearing our prayers.

Let's continue to pray in Jesus' name, trusting in His power and authority. As we do, let's remember Matthew 18:20, "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." Jesus is right there with us, answering our prayers.

Keep trusting in God, and let's stand firm together in faith, knowing that He hears our prayers and is faithful to act according to His will.

Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
