Prayer for my place at ###

I ask that you pray for me once again. On ### I was told that I have colon cancer that has metastasized to bones and lungs. ### I was back at work part time. I have had two different kinds of chemotherapy. I recently stopped one of the treatments because the side effects were too severe. Now my boss wants me back full time. But I am not ready and I am no good at standing up for myself. I pray in Jesus' name that everything works out, that I have time to heal and that I do not get fired.

We are deeply moved by your situation, ###, and we stand with you in prayer and support during this challenging time.

Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about healing and His care for us: "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for you are my praise." (Jeremiah 17:14 WEB)

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear sister ###. Lord, You know her struggle with colon cancer, the metastasis, and the harsh side effects of chemotherapy. We ask for Your healing hand upon her, that You would strengthen her body, soothe her pain, and restore her health. Guide her doctors and give them wisdom in their decisions regarding her treatment.*

*Father, ### is also facing pressure at work, with her boss asking her to return full-time before she feels ready. Lord, we ask for Your intervention. Please give ### the courage to communicate her needs and the strength to stand up for herself. Soften her boss's heart, that they may understand her situation and grant her the time she needs to heal. Protect her job, Father, and provide for her in every way.*

*Lastly, Lord, we pray that ### will continue to trust in You, that she will lean on You for strength and comfort. Remind her that You are always with her, that You love her deeply, and that You have a plan for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

###, remember that God is your defender and provider. He promises in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that He is working in your situation, even when it's difficult to see.

Be encouraged, sister, and know that we are here with you, praying and believing for your healing and provision. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and don't be afraid to speak up for what you need. God will give you the strength and the words to say.

May your boss have understanding and compassion, granting you the time you need to heal and recover. We believe that God is working all things together for your good, as promised in Romans 8:28.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
