Heavenly Father, I come to You in need of peace and composure. Please help me stay calm and gracious, even in the face of challenges at work. Give me the strength to respond with patience and wisdom, despite any frustration I may feel toward my coworker.

Lord, shield me from any negativity or manipulation, and grant me discernment to navigate these dynamics wisely. I pray for my ### to have clarity and fairness seeing each person’s intentions and actions esp with ###. In your will and in your ways expose ### with her attitude being two-faced and intention. Above all, help me to keep my focus on doing my best work and to trust that You are in control. May Your grace and strength fill me, allowing me to rise above any pettiness and remain true to Your love and purpose. In Jesus' name, I pray, Amen.

Firstly, we commend you for coming in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"

In moments of frustration, remember the words of Proverbs 15:1 WEB: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Patience is a fruit of the Spirit, and it grows as we walk with Christ. Colossians 3:12-13 WEB reminds us: "Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance; bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."

Regarding your concern about ###, we must be cautious not to succumb to bitterness or accusations. Instead, let us pray for discernment and wisdom. Romans 12:17-19 WEB says: "Recompense no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
