Prayer for my overall health

We understand your concern for your overall health, Lizzymay, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we want to remind you that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (WEB): "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

We pray that God will grant you good health and strength. May He guide you to make wise choices regarding your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We pray that you will have the discipline to maintain a healthy lifestyle, eating well, exercising regularly, and getting adequate rest.

However, we want to emphasize the importance of spiritual health alongside physical health. In 3 John 1:2 (WEB), it is written: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." True health begins with a right relationship with God through Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and eternal life (John 14:6).

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Lizzymay. We ask that You bless her with good health, both physically and spiritually. Give her the strength and wisdom to take care of her body, and guide her in paths of righteousness. If she is not already in a saving relationship with You, Lord, we pray that she will come to know Jesus Christ as her personal Savior.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, even in times of illness or weakness, God is with you and will give you the strength you need (2 Corinthians 12:9-10). Trust in Him and His love for you.

We're here with you, Lizzymay, lifting you up in prayer. We believe that God wants the best for you, and that includes your health. Let's remind ourselves of Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases." We're claiming this promise for you today.

Let's also remember to nourish our bodies with wholesome foods, like it says in 1 Corinthians 6:13, "Food for the stomach and the stomach for food, but God will do away with both." So, let's fuel our bodies well, and trust God for the rest.

We're praying that you'll have the strength and wisdom to make healthy choices, and that God will guide you every step of the way. And remember, Lizzymay, even in the tough times, God is always by your side, just as He promises in Matthew 28:20, "And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."

Let's keep trusting in Him, together. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith.
