We join you, Usha, in lifting up your family and your personal needs to the Lord. Let's bring your requests before God's throne and seek His will together. Be encouraged and remember the words of Jesus, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient. Matthew 6:33-34 WEB.
Firstly, we praise God that you acknowledged the power in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, through which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let's pray for your mom's health. God's Word tells us that He is the one who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, Psalm 103:3. We ask God to bless your mother as you have described her as a good and kindhearted person. May God bless her with long life, just as the Psalmist says of the righteous, With long life I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation. Psalm 91:16 WEB.
We also bring your dad's health to the Lord, trusting in the promise: If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land, 2 Chronicles 7:14 WEB, Remember the Lord your God is your healer in Exodus 15:26. We stand with you, Usha, in praying for your dad's healing and for good reports from his PET test, believing that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB.
We pray for your complete recovery from your chest pain, left hand pain and weakness. Be encouraged Usha, as we read in the book of Psalm 103:1-4, Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies;
We pray for your future, that God will guide you and lead you in His will. Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. Psalm 119:105 WEB.
We lift up your sister's family and your brother's family, praying for their health and well-being. May God heal your nephew's fever and encourage them to trust in the Lord. We pray that God be with your brother and his wife, and that the Lord would give them a good heart filled with love, joy peace and forgiveness.
We pray for your family's spiritual growth, that each member would come to know Christ as their personal Savior and grow in their faith. As Peter tells us, Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. 2 Peter 3:18 WEB.
We pray for your financial situation, that God would provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. We remember that God can do all things and there is no thing impossible with God. We are reminded of the promise found in Philippians 4:19, But my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Lastly, we pray for your job. Let us remember to be content with such things as you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB. The Lord sees the desires of your heart and can provide what is best for you.
Usha, cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. Stand strong. Come to God all of you, your mom and dad, brothers, and sister's families. Hear the word of the Lord.
Seek the LORD while he may be found; call you on him while he is near: let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
For as the rain comes down and the snow from the sky, and doesn't return there, but waters the earth, and makes it bring forth and bud, and gives seed to the sower and bread to the eater; so shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return to me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing I sent it to do.
For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing; and all the trees of the fields shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree; and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. Isaiah 55:6-13 WEB.
We pray for the United States. You shall have joy in the LORD; and in the Holy One of Israel you shall glory. Isaiah 41:16 WEB.
