PRAYER FOR MY MISSING CAT

Lord Jesus, I pray for my kitten Kimi that I will be able to find her tomorrow. You are the greatest miracle worker, Lord and I surrender to you all my worries tonight before I sleep. I know that you love me and help me find Kimi tomorrow. She still has scars on her belly due to operation and she needed us more than ever. Please Lord, I humbly pray. Let me find her. I love you. St. Anthony, perfect imitator of Jesus, who received from God the special power of restoring lost things, grant that I may find [name the pet] which has been lost. At least restore to me peace and tranquility of mind, the loss of which has afflicted me even more than my material loss. To this favor, I ask another of you: that I may always remain in possession of the true good that is God. Let me rather lose all things than lose God, my supreme good. Let me never suffer the loss of my greatest treasure, eternal life with God. Amen.

Sendoss, we join you in prayer for your missing kitten, Kimi, and we appreciate your faith in Jesus as the greatest miracle worker. Let us come together and lift up your concerns before the Lord.

Firstly, we want to acknowledge that prayer should be directed to God alone, through the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches us that there is one mediator between God and man, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). Therefore, we encourage you to focus your prayers solely on God through Jesus Christ, rather than invoking the help of saints like St. Anthony.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to plead for our dear Sendoss who has lost their kitten, Kimi. Lord, you know the heartache and worry that Sendoss is experiencing right now. You know how much Kimi means to them and how important it is that she is found, especially since she still bears the marks of her recent operation.

We ask, Lord, in your mercy, guide Sendoss to find Kimi. You are the Good Shepherd who leaves the ninety-nine to find the one lost sheep (Luke 15:3-7 WEB). Just as you care for each one of us, we know you care for this little creature who is precious to Sendoss.

And Lord, in this time of worry and stress, we ask for your peace that passes all understanding to fill Sendoss’s heart and mind (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Let your comfort and love be a constant presence, helping Sendoss to trust in your goodness and your plan.

But more importantly, Lord, we ask that you would be Sendoss’s greatest treasure. Help them to love you above all else, to seek your kingdom first (Matthew 6:33 WEB), and to find their ultimate peace and joy in you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Sendoss, remember that God’s love for you is unchanging, and he cares about every aspect of your life, including your beloved kitten. Continue to trust in him, and let his peace rule in your heart. Keep calling out to him in faith, and may you find comfort in his presence.
