We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you are facing in your marriage, and we are here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you both.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB says about marriage in Ephesians 5:25-33: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it... Let each one of you in particular love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."
It's clear that there are several issues in your marriage that need to be addressed. Infidelity, financial disputes, and a lack of unity are all challenges that can be overcome with God's help.
Regarding the infidelity, it's commendable that you both worked past it, but the lingering resentment and bitterness suggest that forgiveness is still a work in progress. Remember, Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."
Financial issues can also cause strain in a marriage, but we should remember and be encouraged by 1 Timothy 6:6-7 "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out."
Money given in a marriage should not be a debt to be repaid by the receiving spouse. This does not mean that one spouse can selfishly demand the money of the other, rather each spouse is to give freely and generously of themselves and their money to their spouse. "And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." You made a promise to each other and God that you would love and cherish each other.
Finally, We must also address that your husband's increasing conservative and selfish nature should not be used as an excuse to avoid his responsibilities as a husband and a father. Both of you should strive to see eye to eye, and this will require humility, understanding, and open communication.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage that is in distress. Lord, You know the struggles they are facing, the pain they are feeling, and the challenges that lie ahead. We pray for healing, restoration, and unity in their marriage. Help them to forgive each other, to love each other, and to see each other as You see them.
Lord, we pray for wisdom in handling their finances, for generosity in giving, and for contentment in all circumstances. We pray for humility, understanding, and open communication between them. We pray for their children, that they may be surrounded by love, joy, and peace in their home.
Lord, we know that this is only possible in Jesus Christ. He who was delivered for our offenses, and was raised again for our justification. We must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ to be saved.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
