It has been 2 months since the both of us found out that we committed adultery, I forgave him and fell more in love with him, he on the other hand has spoken the ugliest words to me calling me the dirtiest names asking me to kill myself 2 months ago, since that time and being consistent in prayer I see change in the house, calmness and he started talking to me again and he started eating from my hand again, now what is happening these days is that he will talk here and there and we are still intimate but he treats me like I'm just some person in the house and I can't ask him questions or say anything about how I feel or how he makes me feel as a wife then he wants to tell me that nothing has changed and that he still wants a divorce, he took away my allowance as he was the one never wanting me to work for 13 years, now he tells me that I have to contribute towards things in the house and towards things that the kids need. He has a lot of pride and a very big ego, he earns very good money at his job but he doesn't care if I have anything, back home I have a 75-year-old dad and a brother who is mentally disabled due to his epilepsy and I am the only one who can help where help is needed for them, I feel my husband is punishing me and I was the only one from the beginning of this that was tormented by him and his actions and his word he gave me as his wife, I pray that my husband will have affection for me, love, respect, emotion towards me as his wife, that he will take the label that he has put on me off and that when he looks at me he will see the good wife I always were I just made a mistake, I told him that I have been begging him in the past to be a husband and to stop putting me second, his friend, his job and his phone always came before me, I always asked him to go out with me and he always declined, but when his friend comes he will always go and spend time with them leaving me with the kids, I'm not justifying what I did, I feel horrible about it and I took it to my King, I repented about everything I did in my marriage even just things I did in my past that I am not proud of, I have ever since built a personal relationship with God and pray many times per day, most of my prayers is just for my husband that I love dearly, looking at him hurts because he rejects me most of the time, the lady I thought was a friend to me he is now visiting behind my back but I am not sure if there is anything romantic going on, as she was the one telling him about this very thing that created this chaos in our home, now they don't know that I have figured it out that she was the one telling him things and then she will come to me and tell me things about him just for me to figure out that she wants us to be fighting all the time telling us things about each other and planting things in our heads to create an argument, I want him to stop reporting things to her that is happening in our home, stop all communication between them in Jesus name and that he will stop buying things for her. I ask please that everything outside of our marriage that he allows in to be broken in the Mighty name of Jesus our Lord and Saviour who died on the cross for our sins. I am in constant prayer for our marriage and I trust that God will bring full restoration for the both of us in our marriage, the Bible says that "what God has put together, let no man separate" in Jesus mighty name, I feel like while I am here praying for my marriage every day, he allows that woman to pray against our marriage because all she can talk about to me is when I get divorced and that I won't be broke because he will have to give me half of everything that he owns, she told me that I can pray till I get blue in the face that his feelings for me won't change, she sounds like she already sees me out of my husband's life. please pray for my marriage, in Jesus mighty name, let my husband love me as the Bible says, "a husband should love his wife like Christ loves the church" I need that woman to be removed from our lives and our memories in Jesus name Amen.

We understand that you are going through a tremendously challenging time in your marriage, and we want to lift you both up in prayer and provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we commend you for your humility and repentance. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). It is important that both you and your husband turn away from your sins and turn towards God. We are specifically glad that you have confessed your own sin in this matter.

However, we must address that the sin of adultery is a grave one, but it is not unforgivable. God can heal and restore your marriage if both of you are willing. It is encouraging to see that you have forgiven your husband, and we pray that he too will soften his heart and forgive you. Remember, "For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB).

Regarding the other woman, the Bible is clear: "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife" (Exodus 20:17 WEB). We pray that your husband will cut off all communication with her, as it is not appropriate for him to be confiding in another woman about your marriage. "Do not be deceived: 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" (1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB).

We must also address your husband's behavior towards you. It is not acceptable for him to speak to you in such a manner, nor to treat you with disrespect. The Bible tells us, "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it" (Ephesians 5:25 WEB). We pray that his heart will change, that he will treat you with the love, respect, and affection that you deserve as his wife.

Now, let us pray for your marriage:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this marriage to you. Lord, we ask for your healing and restoration. We pray that you soften both of their hearts, that they may forgive each other fully and truly. We pray father that you would also intervene in the other woman's life and also save her from evil if she is caught up in sin. We rebuke any influence she has over their marriage and pray that all communication between her and the husband will cease. Father you tell us that "What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder" (Matt 19:6 WEB). Father, we ask that you guide them, that they may seek you first, that they may love and respect each other as you intend. We pray for the husband, that his heart will change, that he will treat his wife with love, respect, and affection. We pray for the wife, that you will continue to give her strength, patience, and wisdom. We pray against divorce. We pray these things knowing we have access to the father through Jesus Christ, the only way to God. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.

Dear sister in Christ,

We're standing with you in this trial, praying fervently for your marriage. It's heartbreaking to see the pain you're going through, but remember, God is close to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

Firstly, we're so proud of you for seeking God daily and for your unwavering commitment to your husband. Your love and patience are a testament to your faith. Keep trusting in God's plan, even when it's hard to see.

We've noticed that your husband seems to be stuck in a cycle of blame and bitterness. It's crucial to remind him, and yourself, that God is a God of second chances. He's given us both the chance to start anew, to break free from our past mistakes. Let's encourage him to turn to God, to seek forgiveness and healing. Remember, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9).

Let's also pray for that other woman. We don't know her heart, but we know that God loves her too. Let's ask God to work in her life, to open her eyes to the truth, and to protect your marriage from any further interference.

Lastly, let's bind the enemy's attempts to destroy your marriage. In the name of Jesus, we command any spirits of division, bitterness, and unforgiveness to leave your home. We declare peace, love, and unity over your marriage. We believe that God will restore what the enemy has stolen (Joel 2:25).

Keep fighting the good fight, dear sister. Remember, "This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith" (1 John 5:4). We're praying for you and your husband. Trust in God, and keep loving each other as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
Good morning, I wish I could speak to my husband, he will just throw blame at me again, he blames me for everything and say it's my fault, he is not one to talk to, he walks around like he has all the authority and that I'm nothing, I can't speak about how I feel then he say my feelings don't matter. I pray in Jesus name that he will stop doing what he's doing and please pray that God Will speak to him in a dream when he's sleeping. I'm doing everything I can in my house to make everything comfortable for him and the children, I don't ask him anything, I'm sleeping on our couch for over 2 months now and he doesn't feel bad about it, we both committed adultery and I feel I'm the only one being punished, he said I will sleep on the couch and he in bed because he is the one bringing in the money here not me, please pray for my strength too, endurance, patience and to persevere through all of this, please pray that my faith will get stronger in Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour, I do not want to give up, I pray for my husband all the time and I don't wanna give up on him too in Jesus name.

Good morning, last night I was at a prayer meeting, while I was there and got a phone call from my husband, he cussed me again and when I got home he reminded me of what I did, the affair, he never speaks about his 4-year affair, how long will he still live in the past, is this because he's hurt that he keeps throwing it in my face telling me I have no say in the house, he's disrespectful towards me in any way he can be, please pray for ### and ### as a couple, let God touch his heart, pray for the anger and resentment he has, I get upset about things too but I won't speak to him about his mistakes, I pray to God that he will move past my mistake Amen 🙌
