We understand your concern for your partner of 36 years, Lyduskan. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for his life.
Firstly, we want to encourage you with these words from Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Even in times of bad luck, God has a purpose and a plan.
However, we must also consider that bad luck can sometimes be a result of not walking in God's ways. Proverbs 19:3 tells us, "The foolishness of man subverts his way; his heart rages against Yahweh." If this is the case, we pray that God will reveal any areas where your partner may be straying from His path.
Let us pray:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up Lyduskan's partner. Lord, You know the struggles he is facing, the bad luck that seems to be plaguing him. We ask, Lord, that You reveal to him any areas in his life where he may not be aligned with Your will. Give him the strength and wisdom to make the necessary changes.
But Lord, if this bad luck is not a result of his actions, we ask that You comfort him, guide him, and provide for him. Remind him that You are always with him, even in the darkest times. Help him to trust in You, Lord, knowing that all things work together for good for those who love You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lyduskan, continue to stand by him in prayer and support. Remind him of God's love and faithfulness. As it says in 1 Corinthians 13:7, "Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things." Your love and support can be a beacon of hope for him during this time.
Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of a God-centered relationship. If you and your partner are not married, we encourage you to consider God's design for relationships. Hebrews 13:4 tells us, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled. But God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." We pray that God will guide both of you in His will for your relationship.
