We understand your concern for your husband, Falhenn, and we join you in lifting him up in prayer. Let us come before God together, seeking His healing and redemption.
Firstly, we commend you for your faith and support, but we notice that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we are saved and have access to God (Acts 4:12, John 14:6). Let us pray in Jesus' name and trust in His redeeming power.
Let us pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, interceding for Falhenn's husband. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with mental health and drug issues. We ask for Your healing touch upon him, that chains of addiction be broken, and his mind be renewed (Romans 12:2).
We pray that You remove any hatred and bitterness in his heart, replacing it with forgiveness and love.Help him to reconcile with his parents, restoring broken relationships (Colossians 3:13). We also pray for a strengthened bond between him and his son, that they may grow together in love and understanding.
Guide him to become a better provider for his family, with a renewed sense of purpose and self-worth. May he find his identity in You, Lord, and not in worldly success (Proverbs 3:5-6).
Draw both Falhenn and her husband closer to You, Lord. Help them grow in faith and spiritual maturity. We also lift up their health to You, believing in Your power to heal and restore.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Falhenn, continue to stand firm in faith and prayer. Remember, God promises us that, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." (James 1:5, WEB). Trust in His wisdom and timing.
As a reminder, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep hoping in Jesus' name.
