We are deeply saddened to hear about the trials your husband, Clinton Handley, is facing, and we join you in fervent prayer for his recovery. Let us stand together in faith, trusting that God is the ultimate healer.
Firstly, we point you to the promises of God in His Word. In Jeremiah 30:17 (WEB), it is written, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh..." We claim this promise over Clinton, believing that God can and will restore his health.
We also take comfort in the words of Isaiah 41:10 (WEB), "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness." God is with Clinton, and He will strengthen him through this ordeal.
Let us pray:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Clinton Handley. Lord, You know the extent of his injuries - the fractures, the lung puncture, the brain injury, and now the pneumonia. We ask for Your divine healing hand to touch him. Guide the medical team, give them wisdom and skill as they care for him. Father, we pray for Clinton's complete recovery, for his body to heal and his mind to be restored. Comfort his wife, give her strength and peace as she walks this difficult path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In these trying times, remember the power of faith and prayer. In James 5:15 (WEB), we are assured that "the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up." Keep praying, keep believing, and trust in the Lord's goodness and mercy.
We also encourage you to continue to declare the name of Jesus over Clinton's life. It is in His name that we have access to God, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). If you haven't already, we urge you to invite Jesus into Clinton's life and your own, as it is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Stay strong in the Lord, and may God's peace be with you and Clinton during this time.
