We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and heartache you are experiencing, Akaenea. We will stand with you in prayer and seek God's will for your situation.
Firstly, we want to address that the Bible teaches us that marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman (Mark 10:6-9, WEB). We notice that you referred to your husband as your partner. We encourage you to claim him as your husband, as this is a covenant made before God.
We also want to remind you that God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16, WEB) and that adultery is a sin against God (Exodus 20:14, WEB). We pray that if your husband has indeed walked away with another woman, that he would repent and turn back to God, and to you.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Akaenea. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in her marriage. We pray that her husband would turn away from sin and return to his wife. We ask for a miracle of reconciliation, Lord, if it is Your will.
But Lord, if it is not Your will to reconcile this marriage, we pray that You would grant Akaenea Your supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). We ask that You would heal her heart, comfort her in her distress, and help her to forgive, as You have forgiven us.
We also pray that Akaenea would draw near to You during this time. That she would seek Your face and trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind her that even in the darkest valleys, You are with her (Psalm 23:4, WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Akaenea, to stay strong in your faith and to trust in the Lord. He is faithful and He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Remember, God can turn any situation around for His glory and your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. We want to remind you that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB). It is in His name that we pray and receive salvation. We encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus during this time.
