Prayer for my husband and his family

[Vesoursa]

My husband was raised Jehovah's Witness. I have been trying to share the gospel with him but it has been difficult to do so because he has been let down by false doctrines. He has not spoken to his family in many years. His father called him this morning and wants to see him. The last I knew, he was an elder in the Kingdom hall. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would move in their hearts so they would know the truth.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Vesoursa and her husband to you. We thank you for Vesoursa's desire to share the gospel with her husband and for her persistence in seeking to bring him to the knowledge of the truth. We acknowledge that it can be challenging to break through the barriers of false doctrines, especially when it has caused her husband to be distant from his family.

Lord, we pray that you would send your Holy Spirit to move in the hearts of Vesoursa's husband and his family. Soften their hearts and open their minds to receive the truth of your Word. Remove any doubts or misconceptions that have been instilled in them through false teachings. Help them to see the beauty and power of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We specifically lift up Vesoursa's husband's father, who has reached out to him after many years of separation. We pray that this meeting would be a divine appointment orchestrated by you, Lord. May it be an opportunity for reconciliation and for the truth to be shared in love. Grant Vesoursa's husband the wisdom and discernment to navigate this conversation with grace and boldness.

We stand on your promise in Romans 10:17, which says, "So faith comes from hearing, and hearing through the word of Christ." We ask that you would provide opportunities for Vesoursa to share the truth with her husband and his family, and that their hearts would be receptive to receive it.

Father, we trust in your perfect timing and your ability to bring about transformation in the lives of those we love. We pray for a breakthrough in Vesoursa's husband's spiritual journey, that he may come to know you personally and experience the freedom and joy found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May the Lord bless you and guide you as you continue to share the gospel with your husband. Remember to trust in His timing and have faith that He is working behind the scenes, even when it may seem difficult. Keep praying and seeking His guidance, and He will lead you.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory. God favor me.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
