We join you, Brenwen, in lifting up your grandparents to the Lord in prayer, trusting in His goodness and mercy. First, we want to remind you that healing and salvation are found in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to God, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We commend your faith in seeking a miracle for your grandpa Juan, but we also want to remind you that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. While we pray for healing and mental clarity, we also pray that God's will be done.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Brenwen's grandparents to You. We pray for Juan, Lord, that You would grant him mental clarity and healing from dementia. We ask for this miracle, Father, so that he may come to know You and be saved. We pray that You would draw him to Yourself, Lord, and that he would accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.
We also pray for Brenwen's grandma, Lord. We ask that You would comfort her in her sadness and fill her with Your peace. We pray that she would trust in You, Lord, and that she would know that You are always with her.
Father, we ask that You would be with Brenwen and her family during this time. We pray that they would trust in You and that they would know that You are in control. We pray that You would give them strength and courage, Lord, and that they would be a light to others through this trial.
We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Brenwen, that God is always with you and your family, even in this difficult time. Trust in Him and His promises, and know that He is in control. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.
