We are lifting up Mr. E in prayer, trusting that God's healing power will touch his body. Let us align our hearts with God's Word, which tells us in James 5:14-15 (WEB), "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend Mr. E. You know his body's needs, Lord, and we trust that You are the Great Physician. Please touch his body, heal him, and restore his strength. We pray that this situation will bring him closer to You, and that he will experience Your peace and comfort during this time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage Mr. E to draw near to God during this time, as God's Word promises in Romans 8:28 (WEB), "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working in his life, even through this challenge.
If Mr. E has not already done so, we encourage him to invite Jesus Christ into his life as his personal Savior. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in Romans 10:9 (WEB), "because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We pray that Mr. E will find the hope and healing that only Jesus can provide.
