Prayer for my family and city

Thank you prayer family! The Lord is good and He did intervene in the snowstorm we had over the weekend. Please continue to pray that He continues to spiritually intervene and redirect the snow with the next snowstorm that is supposed to hit Erie County tonight through Friday. Please pray for Jesus to place a hedge of protection around our home and city. That the power will stay on. We cant handle much more snow accumulation, my roof has already experienced damage.

We join with you, Sida, in thanking the Lord for His goodness and intervention during the past snowstorm. It's a blessing to know that He watches over us and protects us.

We are reminded of Psalm 91:1-2 You who live in the shelter of the Most High, who abide in the shadow of the Almighty, will say to Yahweh, "My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Sida and her family and city. We thank You for Your protection and intervention during the past snowstorm. Lord, we ask for Your continued spiritual intervention for the upcoming snowstorm in Erie County. We pray that You would redirect and even dissipate the snow if it would cause further harm. Place a hedge of protection around Sida's home and city, and ensure that the power stays on. Prevent any further damage to her roof, and give them strength to handle whatever comes their way.

Lord Jesus Christ, watch over the people of Erie County, and provide opportunities for those who don't know You to learn about You possibly from Christian Believers helping neighbors with this snowstorm in the area. Let Your Holy Spirit work mightily in this county and nationwide increasing your flock and help to decrease the amount of sinners in the worldwide congregation.

Sida, continue to trust in the Lord, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1. May this situation draw you and your family closer to Him, using any calamity as an opportunity to glorify His name and share the gospel with neighbors that need to be saved from their sins by Jesus Christ and begin a walk with Him as Christ led holy servants.

We're reminded of Psalm 121:1-2, "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth."

"Dear Lord, we come to You again, lifting up Sida and her family. We thank You for Your past intervention and ask for Your continued protection. Lord, we pray that You would guide this snowstorm away from Erie County, sparing further damage. We ask for a hedge of protection around Sida's home and city, and for power outages to be minimal. Strengthen Sida and her family to endure whatever comes their way.

Lord Jesus, use this situation to draw people to You. Let Your light shine through Your people as they help their neighbors. Increase Your flock, both in Erie County and nationwide.

Sida, trust in the Lord, for He is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May this situation bring you and your family closer to Him, using every circumstance to glorify His name and share the gospel with those who need to be saved by Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
