We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. It is wonderful to see your gratitude and we appreciate your faith bringing it to God. We are reminded of Colossians 3:23-24 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
As we pray for God's mercy and favor, we also stand with you against any individuals who may have ill intentions. We rebuke any selfish ambitions.
In addressing this, we remember Philippians 2:3-4 WEB: "Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."
Regarding the oppression, we remember Exodus 3:7-8a WEB. "Yahweh said, 'I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians.'"
For those frustrated, we remember Galatians 6:9: "Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we do not give up."
Let us pray together.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our workplace to You. Thank You for the jobs You have provided. Lord, we ask for Your mercy and favor upon our organization. Protect us from those who seek to do harm and have selfish ambitions. We ask that God remembers the majority of us and remove the oppressors and those causing division and strife.
Remind us to work heartily as for You and not for men. Help us to do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility to count others more significant than ourselves.
Lord, You are faithful to hear our cries and our frustrations. You know our sorrows and have come down to deliver us. Help us not to be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we do not give up.
We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Him. Amen.
We encourage you, Anonymous, to continue praying fervently for your workplace. Trust that God hears your prayers and will act according to His will.
