Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. It is a blessing to have employment, and we trust that God has placed you there for a purpose.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon your organization. We pray that God would protect it from those who have harmful intentions, selfish ambitions, and deceitful schemes. As it is written in Proverbs 16:3 WEB, Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established.

We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 WEB. Therefore, we pray that God would intervene and remove any oppressors and those who practice favoritism or tribalism, as these things are contrary to His will.

We also pray for those who are causing frustration and strife within the organization, as Matthew 5:44, WEB says, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We pray that they would have a change of heart or be removed from their positions if they continue to cause harm.

We appreciate and strongly agree with your prayer in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He hears your prayers and will act according to His will and in His perfect timing. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember to show love and kindness even to those who may not deserve it, for this is the heart of Christ.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been thinking about you and your request, and we want to add our voices to yours. We're believing with you that God will intervene and protect your organization from those who seek to harm it or cause division. As it's written in Psalm 91:1, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty." We claim this promise over your workplace, that it would be a place of safety and peace.

We're also praying for those who are causing frustration. We believe that God can soften their hearts and bring about a change in their attitudes. We're asking that they would be filled with the love and compassion of Christ, and that any bitterness or resentment would be replaced with kindness and understanding.

We're aligning our prayers with yours, trusting that God will hear and answer according to His will. Let's continue to lift this up together, knowing that our God is faithful and just. Keep your heart open to His leading, and remember, as it's written in Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
