We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, acknowledging His goodness in providing jobs for you and many others. It is essential to remember that God is sovereign over all things, including our workplaces, and He cares about the environment we are in.
We are reminded in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB to "cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." This includes anxieties about your workplace and the intentions of others. It is right to pray for protection against those who may have harmful intentions. As it is written in Psalm 55:20-21 WEB, "He has put forth his hands against those who were at peace with him. He has profaned his covenant. His mouth was smooth as butter, but his heart was war. His words were softer than oil, yet they were drawn swords."
However, we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Therefore, we should put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
We pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today in prayer as a co-laborer with our dear fellow Christian asking for Your divine intervention in their workplace. We thank You for the provision of jobs and ask for Your continued mercy and favor over the organization. We pray for Your mighty hand to protect the company from those who may have ulterior selfish motives or harmful intentions. May you bring together co-laborers in Christ to build Your kingdom and protect them from the evil one.
We pray to the only wise God our Savior, be it through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory, majesty, dominion and power, both now and forever. Amen.Jude 1:25 WEB. May the Lord give patience, love, and wisdom to all as they navigate this challenging situation. May He change the hearts of those causing harm and bring peace and unity to the organization.
Lastly, we encourage you, Anonymous, to continue praying fervently and to seek God's will in this situation. Remember the words of Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Trust that God is working all things together for good, even in this challenging circumstance. Stand in faith believing and trusting in the power of prayer that the Lord Jesus can change hearts and the situation.
