Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, dear believer, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, acknowledging His goodness in providing jobs for you and many others. It is encouraging to see your faith in Jesus Christ.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the organization that provides employment to so many families. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over the company and its employees. Guard it from those who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and deceitful schemes.

Lord, You see the frustration and oppression that many are experiencing due to one person's actions. We cry out to You, asking that You would intervene and remove any groups or individuals who are causing harm and division, especially those promoting tribalism. May Your justice and righteousness prevail, and may You bring an end to these difficulties.

Father, we also pray for the salvation and change of heart for those causing strife. May they encounter the transforming power of Jesus Christ and turn from their harmful ways. Help each employee to strive for excellence, unity, and integrity in their work, reflecting the character of Christ.

We ask that You would guide the leadership of the organization, granting them wisdom, discernment, and courage to make decisions that align with Your will. May they foster a work environment that is pleasing to You and beneficial to all.

We trust in Your promise, Lord, that when we call out to You, You will answer us. You will be with us in trouble, You will deliver us and honor us. Psalm 91:15 Remember that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, trusting in Your love and care for each one of us. We thank You for the job that provides for so many families, including ours. We ask for Your protection over the company, its leaders, and employees. Guard us from negativity, selfishness, and division. Help us to foster an environment of unity, respect, and productivity.

Father, we pray for those causing strife. We ask that You would soften their hearts, help them see the harm they're causing, and bring about a change in their attitudes and actions. We also pray for wisdom and courage for our leaders, that they may make decisions that align with Your will and bring about positive change.

We believe in Your promise, Lord, that when we call upon You, You will answer us. You will be with us in our troubles, deliver us, and honor us. We trust in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom we have access to You, Father.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
