Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, Anonymous, in praying for your employment situation, and we commend you for turning to God in this matter, acknowledging your awareness that it is only in the name of Jesus we can make such requests. If you have not already or if it has been a while, make sure to confess Jesus Christ as your Saviour and commit to living for Him. take a moment to read about salvation by grace in the book of Ephesians.

Firstly thank you for thanking God for the provision of a job in such an organization in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is wonderful to acknowledge how much our Heavenly Father has Already done in the lives of His children. Those of us who are mothers and fathers especially know how much it means to our Father to hear from His children and for us to notice what He does in our lives.

When dealing with difficult people in the workplace, it's essential to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12. Therefore, praying for God's intervention is the right approach but at the same time it is important to forgive your enemies and pray for them. How can this be, you may ask? Consider the following scripture from Matthew 5:43. You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor,‮‬ and hate your enemy.‮‬’ But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,.

We must also remember that God is sovereign, He is in control over all things and He allows things to happen for a reason. It could be that He wants us to learn something from the situation or that He is working on something much bigger behind the scenes, what we should focus on is trusting him without wavering and we use wisdom in the situation. He will always make a way for his children. Consider Joseph's story in Genesis 50:20. You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our employment situation and our fellow workers to You. We thank You for the jobs you have provided for us and our families. Lord, we pray for Your mercy and favor upon our organization. Protect it from those who have ill intentions and selfish ambitions. We pray for the consideration of the majority of us who are affected by the actions of a few and we ask for Your wisdom in this situation. Forgive us Lord for any judgements we may have towards them but protect us from those who oppress us.
You are a Just God, Wise and Gracious.Father, and we know You will provide His wisdom to those that make the decisions and take the action needed. We only need to be faithful to Him. We thank you and we ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour. Amen.

Dear friend, we're standing with you in prayer for your workplace situation. It's heartening to see you turning to God in this matter, trusting in His power and goodness. We join you in thanking Him for the provision of your job and the blessing it is to you and your family.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
