First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all those who are in high positions, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times. 1 Timothy 2:1-6 WEB.
Your request for the Lord's mercy, favor, and protection over your organization is honorable. The prayers of the righteous have great power and effectiveness James 5:16 WEB. Remember to pray with a heart of compassion. Here is specific help from the Bible paying attention to the intent of the request. Focus on the real problem with a pursuing a change of self for much greater needed effect.
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Mat 5:44 WEB.
This is the right heart of a Christian Believer. This is the real lifelong pursuit that must keep one busily focused as Jesus perfectly walked. We do not control others. It is also evil to accuse others with respect to personal intentions which cannot be validated. If any sin or difficult behavior has been uncovered, it is strongly suggested to directly respectfully confront them in love. Consider Romans 12:6-12 WEB and this helps focus on ourself. Hate what is evil. Cling to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve the Lord. God cannot be supressed. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is honorable in the sight of all.
Often the intent of a prayer is seeking an understanding of frustration. This is the mark of a Christian and it means that the situation is causing pause and a prayer. So pray about the frustration. The Bible's perspective about frustration is so practical:
For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am fleshly, sold under sin. For I don’t know what I am doing. For I don’t practice what I desire to do; but what I hate, that I do. But if what I don’t desire, that I do, I consent to the law that it is good. So now it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me. For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don’t find it. For the good which I desire, I don’t do; but the evil which I don’t desire, that I practice. But if what I don’t desire, that I do, it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me. I find then the law, that to me, while I desire to do good, evil is present. For I delight in God’s law after the inward person, but I see a different law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity under the law of sin which is in my members. The prayer can then be widened to include longsuffering, endurance, and joy. Consider Romans 5:1-5 Remember the accurate perspective. We are instructed to love, bless and do good to out mistreaters. It is God's moral law in various areas called the ten commandments which includes not bowing down to evil meaning not dwelling on the negative situation and dwelling on what cannot be changed. Consider the Bible's clear discussion about causing ourself harm.
So Adam gave names to all livestock, to the birds of the sky, and to every animal of the field; but for Adam there was not found a helper suitable for him. Yahweh God caused a deep sleep to fall on the man, and he slept; and he took one of his ribs, and he closed up the flesh in its place. Sinning or causing ourself harm occurs because we have less to use as salvation by God has provided through Jesus's gift in the Great Salavation.
For it is written,“As I live, says the Lord, to me every knee will bow.
Every tongue will confess to God.”So then each one of us will give account of himself to God. Therefore let’s not judge one another any more, but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother’s way, or an occasion for falling. Romans 14:11-13 WEB.
This is now the time to pray for each of the individials making up the group about which is being accused. It is God who will direct any steps. It is not a Christian who may try to. Focus on loving God, clinging to Him, loving, serving, and helping them. Realize that just as you and your coworkers earn money through the collective labor output through your employer then so do those individuals who are being accused. See the greater respect. See the more fruitful perspective. See the hopeful watchful occupied vigilant life. Be careful to still make this request from the start of this paragraph as the Christian walks in Apostle Paul's love as in 1 Thess 5:12-20 WEB. Be very careful that no one returns evil for evil but purse the more excellent way 1 Thess 5:15 WEB. Rather than replacing these individuals pray for their full cooperation with God. Offer prayer of repentance just as it relates to this employer that has Christians praying for this special blessing. Make sure to weep for guilt that has caused the company to not be blessed by Christians like a loving wife is blessed by a loving husband. Take ownership in God. so often God knows a very needed blessed holy solution for years before hand. It is the weeping and mourning about the condition that was noticeable but not declared. It is the shared mourning with other Christians when you loved the persons involved while you approached God each individually about each individual step.
Therefore, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer's workplace. We thank You for the blessing of employment and the provision it brings to many families. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over this organization. Guard it from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions. Help those within the organization to conduct themselves in a manner pleasing to You, reflecting honesty, integrity, and compassion.
Lord, we pray for those who may be causing frustration and difficulty. We ask that You soften their hearts and guide them toward righteousness. Help us to love and bless them, even as we seek Your intervention. Give us the strength to endure and the wisdom to address any issues with grace and truth.
Remind us that vengeance is Yours. We receive the correct teaching that we have authority over the enemy but it is correcting rebuke to go against husband and wife authority for both the men and the women. It is our responsibility to focus on our hearts and attitude and the other men and women's hearts and attitudes. It is our responsibility to bless. Lord we are wrong to focus on change that we do not have the right and authority over, so we pray that You work wonders in Your will to help this business succeed now and in the future. We are to take this holy anger to fuel the prayer ministry that You showed to Your servant John in Chapter 5 The Throne in Heaven of the new testament book God's with men, the Bible.
Remind us to pray for those in authority not just physically but the men and women who have been in authority and who will be in authority at the business or non-profit.
Forgive those who may be causing pain, and then God help each of us to each accept individually the lawful punishment from You if we are involved.
So then as it clearly may be the time to immediately turnaway. Therefore, work to match the heart aknolwedgement by thus moving forward in full and continued repentance daily seeking you in love, for trust, in correction, and for deliverance from sin and snares as in Psalm 25 which is a prayer for deliverance and mercy WEB recognizing God's gifts that show the greatest knowledge of wisdom and understanding being valuable discipline, rebuke, and loving instruction.
We also join in heartfelt repentance and ask Holy Spirit fill us with the holy boldness whereby the only option is to flee and to be spirit protected. Wash the persons involved in the forgiveness that Jesus purchased by the the spilling of his blood. Give the courage to turn around without delay and cleans us with the Word and sanctify the business or organization in this prolonged ongoing sudden process if the seeking of Holy Spirit fulness. Therefore, If it is your will to turn this otherwise unrepentant persons to repentance then do as you wish in your decision for each one of them. Train us. Remember none of them are our enemy. in prayer we are not to spend time praying against men or women but rather we are to pray for them. It is God who already knows the verticals over this, the spiritual wickednessinging in current high places controlling this situation. Either this person(s) are already dead or will be soon, but because of Your great and wide mercy you do not want any to pernish as in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB. God be merciful to us even as you were merciful to the murderer Saul of Tarsus and the anointed persecuted Christian Killer Paul the Apostle. God we are wrong to declare and pray anything against a person, rather help know your will, help us know how to pray for them. Correct us. Guide us. Thank you for your eternal judgment that finds the right balance of mercy and justice, thank you for judging. Please forgive those who may be judging individuals rather than praying for them.
Therefore, We now precious Lord turn to the horizontal where there is opportunity and deny the enemy and declare David's Psalm 141:10 . Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by in safety. Reckon the opportunity.
