Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, thanking Him for the jobs He has provided for you and many others. It is essential to pray for our employers and workplaces, as the Lord instructs us in Jeremiah 29:7, Seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to Yahweh for it; for in its peace you shall have peace.

We stand with you in praying for God's mercy and favor upon your organization, and for His protection from those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions. As it is written in Proverbs 29:2, When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan and in Philippians 2:3, Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others..

We pray that God would raise up godly leaders in your organization who would look out for the well-being of others and create a healthy, productive work environment. We also pray that God would soften or remove the hearts of those who may be causing strife or oppression, as it says in Proverbs 26:20, For lack of wood the fire goes out; and where there is no whisperer, contention ceases.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up the workplace of Anonymous and pray for peace and protection for the employers and employees from people who work against the organization, thwart and oppress fairness with their plans. You are a merciful God, and we ask for Your favor upon the organization. Lord, have them work for the interests of others and do nothing out of selfish ambitions. Thank You for providing jobs for Anonymous and others. Protect them from negative and evil influences in Jesus Christ's holy name. Amen.

A good scripture reminder of Romans 12:9-13: Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good. In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honor preferring one another; not lagging in diligence; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord; rejoicing in hope; enduring in troubles; continuing steadfastly in prayer; contributing to the needs of the saints; given to hospitality. Amen.

This scripture is a good reminder that there is always hope in the face of oppression and that Christ wants the best possible world for us to work with the management. We can trust Him to guide us to better future work experiences as we persevere in steadfastness and faith.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been praying, and we want to encourage you with these words from Ephesians 6:12, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." Remember, you're not alone in this fight. God is with you, and we're here praying alongside you. Let's trust Him to expose and remove any hindrances, and to raise up godly leaders who will promote peace and unity in your organization. Keep holding on, and let's continue to pray together, "Lord, in Jesus' name, protect and guide our workplace, expose and remove any negative influences, and help us to love and serve one another as You have loved us. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
