Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in lifting up your employer and the blessings you have received with opportunities in this job. It is in prayer we can focus our efforts on scriptural direction. If this one person you ask God to be removed from is still focused on, seek Jesus and God as 'enough is enough' does not assure forgiveness which is essential from His viewpoint and an opportunity to return these persons to more productive activities and perspectives.

We agree that it's important to focus on loving and forgiving, even when faced with difficult behavior. Let's pray for that person who's been causing frustration, asking God to soften their heart and bring them to a place of repentance and change. We can't control their actions, but we can control ours, and that means showing them the love and forgiveness that Jesus has shown us.

Let's also pray for wisdom for your employer and all those in leadership positions, that they would make decisions that honor God and benefit the company and its employees. We trust that God will guide them and give them the direction they need.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
