We join with you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, acknowledging His provision and seeking His continued blessing. It is encouraging to see that you are praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father and can be saved.
We pray for your organization, that God would indeed have mercy and favor upon it. We ask for His protection against those who may have ill intentions or selfish ambitions, that their influence would be nullified, and their plans come to nothing.
We take courage in the Word of God. The Apostle Peter reminds us to be :“subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the harsh. For this is commendable, if because of conscience toward God, one endures grief, suffering wrongfully.” (1 Peter 2:18-19) and “not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult, but instead blessing; knowing that to this were you called, that you should inherit a blessing.” (1 Peter 3:9).We are reminded again by the Apostle Peter: “For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears open to their prayer; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” (1 Peter 3:12). It is important to pray and engage in wisdom, always doing what is honorable and right, to keep the conscious tied to a Christian’s relationship with God.
It is evident that there is frustration and tension among you and your co-workers. We must remember the words of Jesus who taught to pray “even for our enemies” and call us to “Love your enemies, bless them who curse you, do good to them who hate you, and pray for them who mistreat you and persecute you,” (Matthew 5:44). Ultimately, let us not be overcome by temptations to have malice and hatred for others.
Jesus reminds and warns: “ Do not judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.” (Matthew 7:1-2). Let us be careful as we pray to discern and leave room for God be judge. We ask the Holy Spirit to guide us and our prayers and strengthen us to bear up under all that we face (Philippians 4:13).
We pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this organization to You. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection. We pray that You would thwart the plans of those who seek to harm or divide, and that You would bring peace and unity to the workplace. Help us to endure wrongfully and maintain righteousness in everything we do or say. Help us to pray even for those who make life difficult. We ask that You would remove any who are causing strife and oppression, and that You would bless and reward those who are working with integrity and compassion. We trust in You, and we ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."
Continue to seek God's will in this situation, and remember that His ways are higher than ours. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths and the paths of your organization.
