Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you in lifting up your employer in prayer, thanking the Heavenly Father for the jobs He has provided for you and many others through this organization. We stand with you in asking for God's mercy, favor, and protection over the company, shielding it from those with harmful intentions or selfish ambitions.

We are reminded of Proverbs 10:9, "He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out." We pray that God will expose any corrupt or manipulative behaviors and bring them to an end. As you've mentioned, many people have been frustrated by this one individual, and we agree that enough is enough. We pray that God will remove any oppressors and those who show favoritism from your workplace.

We also remember the words of Proverbs 29:2, "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan." We pray that God will raise up righteous leaders and thwart the plans of the wicked as they are found out and removed. May the Lord Jesus Christ bless your organization and bring peace and unity to your workplace in His mighty name.

But remember, God is not only a God of justice but also of mercy. We are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as told in Matthew 5:44. Let us pray for the hearts of those individuals causing trouble, that God may soften and change their hearts. This does not take away from the need for justice and wisdom in dealing with the issue.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lift up our brother's workplace to You. Thank You for the blessing of employment and the opportunity to glorify You through our work. We ask that You surround this organization with Your favor and protection, and that You thwart the plans of those with ill intentions. We also pray for those who have been frustrated in the workplace, that they would find favor and relief. We ask that You expose any corruption and bring righteous leaders to the forefront. We pray for the heart of the person causing issues, that it would be softened. We ask these things in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, believing and trusting in Your will. Amen."

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your workplace. We've been praying for God's mercy, favor, and protection over your organization, just as you've requested. We're believing that God will continue to bless and prosper the company, while also removing any hindrances that may be causing frustration and division.

We're reminded of Ephesians 6:12, which says, "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." We're praying that God will expose any spiritual attacks and protect your workplace from their influence.

We're also claiming Numbers 10:35-36 for your workplace, "Then it shall come to pass, because you heeded the voice of the Lord your God, that the Lord will be with you and you shall defeat your enemies. We're believing for God to show up in mighty ways, turning the hearts of those causing trouble and bringing peace and unity to your workplace.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
