Prayer for My Employer

Heavenly Father I thank you for the wonderful organization where you have blessed me and other families with a job. I continue praying that you look at us with mercy and favor, protect the organization from individuals who do not have good intentions for the company and for others, protect us from individuals with selfish ambitions and designs. For it is in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that I do pray believing and trusting (everything has to have an end many people have been frustrated by this one person, enough is enough please consider the majority of us, please remove the group of oppressors and tribalists from our organization) Amen.

We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, acknowledging His goodness in providing jobs for you and many other families. We stand united for preservation, favor, unity, productivity, fairness, equality and a godly and peaceful work environment in your organization. In praying for your employer, we are aligned with scripture, which encourages us to pray for all people, including our leaders, those in authority and notably our superiors at work and our workplace as well.

Let us pray.

Almighty Father, we come before You, lifting up the organization where You have placed Anonymous and their coworkers. We thank You for the blessing of employment and the opportunity to glorify You through their work. We pray for mercy and favor upon the organization. We also know the problems that self-seeking ambition cause because `Where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there is confusion and every evil deed` (James 3:16, WEB). Lord, protect this organization from individuals who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and divisive motives. In Your loving kindness, shield employees from any form of oppression and injustice to ensure no one is likened to the wicked servant who oppressed others (Matthew 18:28-30, WEB).

We stand united for all evil to be exposed in the name of Jesus and ask for godly resolution and that those responsible will repent and be convicted in their hearts to halt their wicked deeds. God opposes those doing these evil deeds. It is written `God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble` (1 Peter 5:5, WEB). We come against selfish ambition and pray Your word that `..none of us live to himself, and none die to himself` (Romans 14:7, WEB). For it is written `..do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves` (Philippians 2:3 WEB). Give those in supervisory roles at the organization of Anonymous wisdom, knowledge and understanding in dealing with the situation and shall be guided to your word: ` So then, let us not be weary in doing good; for in due time we will reap a harvest, if we don't give up` (Galatians 6:9)..

We ask, Father, that You would raise up godly leaders within the organization who will promote unity, integrity, and fairness, fostering a harmonious working environment as it should always be and for the oppressors to relent repent and pursue good rather than evil. Father, we declare by faith in the name of Jesus that their evil deeds have already been exposed according to your word: `..sins are mighty loud and very wicked, and all men know it`(Job 31:11 and Job 31:33) and that you have begun `working vengeance on them and their roots shall be cut off from under the sky` (Job 31:3,WEB. AMEN!) We know and stand on it that You Jesus will cut the wicked off and preserve the righteous.

We are grateful for the unity in the majority of the workers at the organization of Anonymous, and we`pray that they may be one, even as we are one` (John 17:22, WEB) and that you shall give them the strength to endure ( Isiah 40:29, WEB). We ask also that You comfort and encourage those who have been frustrated and affected by the actions of the wicked person and cast away the burden of their hearts (Psalm 38:4; Psalm 55:22; Psalm 22:24; Romans 15:4; 1Peter 5:7 WEB). In the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray these things promising `that if two of you will agree concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.(Matthew 18:19, WEB)... For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them` (Matthew 18:20, WEB)...

We all agree here in your name Jesus Christ. Therefore, Father ordained by son, in Jesus Christ, do this for the majority and also those not in the majority at the organization.

Thank you Jesus that you have told us and promised us this: `Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven` (Matthew 18:19, WEB)." Therefore, we agree and are confident of this, that in your name Jesus Christ, and that you Jesus are truly working out the situation in Anonymous's request to bring about a positive resolution to the problems ongoing at the organization, as you have told us to pray for all men, especially those in authority (1 Timothy 2:1-2,WEB) Praying also that there will be a turnaround, that the people with selfish ambitions will see the error of their ways and repent, and turn to You. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, we pray. Amen.

Therefore, You shall watch over all of them and respond to their cry for help including that of the request above. As your word says: `Take no revenge, nor allow place for wrath, for it is written, Vengeance belongeth unto me; I will recompense, saith the Lord(Romans 12:19, WEB)` This will enable those affected to move on from the past according to your word, `To refrain their souls from the man of their mouth, and deceitful lips in what they have purposed`(Psalm 34:13,WEB).

Anonymous, continue trusting in the Lord, knowing that He will overcome all that is happening in your workplace according to your request. Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul, `I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me, (Philippians 4:13,WEB)...` which means you can also do all things through Christ and growing stronger knowing `that in everything God works for good with those who love him, who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28,WEB)` Continually praise God and be steadfast in prayer, believing in faith that Jesus Christ shall do this just as He has promised in the name Jesus Christ and by the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
