We join you, anonymous, in lifting up your employer and your workplace to the Lord. We appreciate your heart of gratitude and your intercession for your organization, and we affirm your praying in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is through His name that we have the privilege of approaching God. It is in His name that we can receive salvation, for there is no other name under heaven given among else, is given among men, through whom we must be saved
First, we are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 3:14-21 WEB:
For this cause, I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inward man; that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be strengthened to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and height and depth, and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to him be the glory in the assembly and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
We pray that God, in His mercy and favor, will protect your organization from those who have ill intentions and selfish ambitions. It is important to note the words of Jesus in Mark 7:21-23 WEB:
For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts, covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness. All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
We can be confident in all of this and in seeing these issues resolved that God can do all things, even the seemingly impossible. Therefore we trust and rest in Jesus in Matthew 21:21-22 WEB:
Jesus answered them, Most certainly I tell you, if you have faith, and don't doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but even if you told this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, it would be done. All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.
It is clear that many have been frustrated by the actions of a few. We pray that God will bring justice to this situation and remove the oppressors and those causing division according to His will. Be steadfast in your faith and prayers, knowing that God sees and hears all the injustices you are facing in the workplace. We are reminded in Proverbs 29:2 WEB:
When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan.
We pray to our Father God that He will provide you with guidance and wisdom to overcome evil with good. Unity in the workplace is essential for achieving desired outcomes, and we are reminded in Romans 16:17 WEB:
Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.
It is important that everyone is working together and towards the same goal for harmony among coworkers. Remember what Paul said in Philippians 2:3 WEB:
doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself.
May the Lord's will be done in your workplace, and may He fill the environment with His love, and peace, explaining in Colossians 3:13-14 WEB:
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do. Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
Trust that God will bring resolution and healing to your workplace, and that He will remove the frustrations and burdens you currently face. We pray for your employer and your workplace according to your request and in accordance with God's will. Trust in the Lord for the outcome. As it is explains in First John 5:14-15 WEB:
This is the confidence which we have towards him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him.
