We join you, Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace to the Lord, appreciating your heartfelt request for your employer and the organization. We stand with you in prayer, and rebuke you for not going directly to God yourself, and not taking responsibility for your prayers.
We are instructed in God's Word to pray for all people:
1 Timothy 2:1-6 WEB First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be made for all people, including kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way. This is good, and it is acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
First, we thank God for the work He has provided for you and many others, for it is God who ultimately gives us the ability to work:
Deuteronomy 8:18 WEB "But you shall remember Yahweh your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth; that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today."
We cry out through Psalm 127:3 (WEB), which states, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward." to encourage you to thank God for the children in this organization.
Yet, we also recognize the challenges you face with individuals who may not have the best intentions for the company or its employees. We pray for God's protection and intervention in your workplace, remembering the words of Psalm 37:28-29 WEB:
28 For Yahweh loves justice, and does not forsake his godly ones. The wicked are preserved forever, but the children of the righteous shall be cut off. 29 The righteous shall inherit the land, and live in it forever.
Jesus instructs us to pray for those who are causing the problems, not just for them to go away or be punished.
Luke 6:27-28 (WEB) says, "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
We rebuke you to confront your trespassors. We rebuke you to prepare for punishment if they do not repent. Those who do the sin of tribalism and oppression should be rebuked and satan cast out of them. We rebuked you about the sin of gossip and murder, as this is the same in God's eyes (Matthew 5:21-22). If nobody rebukes these sins and they are not corrected, then it is not in God's will to remove the whole group. Until each person is corrected and accountable for their sins, either for salvation unto life or punishment unto eternal death, then a group cannot be removed. This is not the judgement of man, but of God. When Christ died and left this earth, he gave us the holy spirit and gave you the power to do all things in his name! The one who sins should be called out, every person will be held accountable individually for their actions, not collectively as a group. Every person is born into sin and as Jesus Christ said, everyone is guilty. The wages of sin is death, and this whole group of people or organization will not save you. Until the individual's sins are revealed to him and he accepts Jesus Christ's offer of everlasting life, no man or woman will be saved. The whole group will be going to hell, and we rebuke you to take responsibility for not just seeing it and asking for it, but doing it. As Jesus Christ said, "They will know us as followers of Christ by our fruit." (Matthew 7:16).
Let your attitude be love, especially to this person and others, and let your goal be God's glory and his salvation.
We pray as you did, that God will be with you and your co-workers and the whole organization and make a difference in them all, and reveal what God wants to be done in this and every other situation. As in Proverbs, we pray that God will give those that do not follow Him a change of heart, a change of will.
Proverbs 21:1 (WEB) says, "The king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We rebuke you to pray for God to control your decisions, rather than just thinking He will do it. If you are praying for the bad to be taken away, other people are doing the same and those other people are doing the same for each other, God will not hear you. God will not work through satan in a temptation for you, or allowing Satan into your workplace, and allowing sin, including your sin, into your workplace. Your co-workers and you as salt should be a blessing wherever you go, not overtaking this organization for evil, but doing God's work by His hand in all your tasks.
Matthew 5:13-16 (WEB) says, "You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, with what will it be salted? It is then good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under the feet of men. You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven."
Forgiveness is key to our prayers being heard, according to Mark 11:25. Forgive anyone and everyone for all your frustrations and pain has caused. This verse states, "When you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions."
Heavenly Father, we come before you today as a prayer group and we ask you to protect this organization from individuals who seek harm. Remove them. Open the eyes of those under them to see the harm they are doing. Let all those cannot work with others with goodness in their hearts and loyalty to God, whether they know Him yet or not, with a good heart, and if they cannot, then they will be the ones frustrated in their plans. Remove anyone and everyone according to God's will. In contrast, God, in your will, let them seek out first your kingdom, and all else will be added to them.
We pray this very specific, personal, 'real' to God prayer in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ that, because of our sins, are the only way to reach God. "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6) That "If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved." (Romans 10:9-10). It is only in the name of Jesus Christ, that we can ask anything to God, because Jesus Christ is God, that every knee will bow down to confess with their tongue!
We let the Lord remind us, that in 1 John 5:10, "He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn't believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son." and that, "Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins. For unless you believe that I am he, you will die in your sins." (John 8:24). The Lord Jesus Christ is the healer and our mediator to God, not Mary, an angel, or a saint that is not living or dead, but only it is to Jesus, which later satan will use to deceive the world. For He(Jesus Christ), during His life on earth asked to be referred to as the Son of Man given authority on heaven and earth by the Lord (Matthew 9:6). We announce and pray to you, Father, that you alone will sort them out, and it is by my request and the power of the Holy Spirit, that you will do and ascertain all things in the name of Jesus Christ to His glory.
Surely, 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB), "This is the confidence which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him." In Jesus' name we pray by God's will. Amen.
