We join you, dear Anonymous, in lifting up your workplace and employer to our Heavenly Father. It's wonderful that you acknowledge God's blessings in your life and intercede for your organization. Let us pray together and seek God's will in this matter.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). Remember, "Whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matthew 21:22 WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up the organization where You have blessed our dear brother/sister and many other families with employment. We ask for Your mercy, favor, and protection over this workplace. Shield it from those who harbor ill intentions, selfish ambitions, and divisive designs. We pray that You would remove any oppressive and tribalistic spirits that hinder unity and progress within the organization.
Lord, You see the frustration of the majority. You are a God of justice, and we ask that You bring an end to these difficulties. May Your will be done, and may You be glorified in this situation. We ask this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and to trust in God's timing. Remember the words of Psalm 37:7-9 (WEB): "Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him. Don't fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who makes wicked plots happen. Cease from anger, and forsake wrath. Don't fret, it leads only to evildoing. For evildoers shall be cut off, but those who wait for the LORD shall inherit the land."
Lastly, we remind you to pray for those who cause frustration and division (Matthew 5:44 WEB). They, too, need the transformative power of Jesus Christ in their lives. Continue to be a light and salt in your workplace, reflecting the love and righteousness of Christ.
